- Get an estimate. If photos do not show the whole picture, we ask you to bring the car in so we can look properly.

- Repair and check. Every car gets a road test, an alignment check and a visual inspection before you collect it. See our process.
- Pick up. A loaner vehicle is available on site while yours is in the shop.
How long it takes
Minor repairs usually take a few days. Larger collision damage can take a week or more, and damage hidden behind a panel sometimes only shows once the panel comes off. When that happens we tell you before the work goes ahead, with the parts and labour broken out.
